Q: When are you guys open?
A: we're only opened based on your appointment. appointments are recommended to be made 2 days in advance for us to plan our schedule and time. usually we're cool to let you view the inventory from 11am-4pm

Q: Can i make a reservation on a watch?
A: yes, all reservation have to be secured with a deposit. unfortunately we cant do reservation without deposit as we've been "ffk" too much. remaining sum must be paid within 14 days.

Q: warranty on the watch?
A: We unfortunately cant provide a warranty on the watch as these are all delicate vintage watches. What we can do is to make sure the watch arrives working. If i arrives broken, we can do a ship back (local) and service it before shipping it back. Same with all types of vintage, they need to be cared for, and many do step into the world of vintage carelessly, wearing the watches to swim, to play sports etc. 

Q: your watches are always sold out, is it real or just marketing?
A: Haha good question! yes indeed our watches get sold out within days as each individual pieces are curated carefully. i cannot be sourcing 1 model with 3-4 inventory as it just doesnt exist!
