WHY WE CURATED IT:
A very bold on-wrist presentation from this tonneau-shaped ultra-thin. With a deeply textured champagne sunburst dial (significant light- and shadow-play) and thick black Roman numerals. Serves perfectly as a dress watch but because of the larger footprint, is well-suited as a daily driver too. This case shape is both typical of the 70s as well as ever-relevant today. Followers will know our love for UG. Once a high-end brand, crushed by the quartz era, but on the verge of revival under Breitling. Beyond hyped models like Polerouters/Tri-Compax are simple, dressy treasures like this, waiting to be discovered at amazing value.
