WHY WE CURATED IT:
These Longines Octagons are our hottest sellers, and this one is a little special. In the same rectangular octagon, and with the fusion crab claw/hooded lugs as a 3209 we had earlier, but just smaller and too cute for words! Features an inky black lacquer dial and gilt details, roman numerals, feuille hands and a crown cabochon. This one’s in absolutely spectacular condition, the best one we’ve seen so far. Comes with a distressed-style strap that tapers dramatically to the impossibly elegant 10mm Longines buckle. The only criticism is that the tiny crown is hard to wind. But at this size, we take it as a charming little quirk and will provide tips to the buyer on how to make winding easier. This watch is proof that good things come in small packages!
CONDITION:
9.5/10, with hardly any signs of use. Easily the best one we’ve seen so far! Crystal, dial, hands, crown and cabochon are immaculate. Caseback possibly a 10/10 but we can’t confirm as it still has the blue sticker on (engravings showing through clearly). Strap is used but has plenty of life left in it. Longines buckle is like new as well with minimal signs of use. Movement in excellent health, with to-spec power reserve and accurate to ±15 secs/day.
