WHY WE CURATED IT:
Super avant-garde UG with not just the hooded, hinged, reversible, crab claw lugs we’ve come to love, but also a horizontally elongated hexagonal case shape. With a versatile warm silver sunburst dial, baton markers and pencil hands, this will go with anything! We also love how the indices are stretched unevenly to accommodate negative space on the hexagonal dial. Shaped watches are so typical of the 60s and 70s and as relevant as ever today. Followers know our love for UG. Once a high-end brand, crushed by the quartz era, but on the verge of revival under Breitling. Beyond hyped models like Polerouters/Tri-Compax are uncommon, dressy treasures like this, waiting to be discovered at amazing value.
