Where else can you find a Gerald Genta-designed, ultra thin, sexy, versatile vintage gem at such a no-brainer price? Woefully underrated but getting attention recently. Prices are still easy on the wallet, so now’s the time to get in before more people jump on it. Gorgeous warm silver sunburst dial, classic minimalism and smooth, sculptural, almost pebble-like case. Another example of UG gems when looking beyond the hyped models. UG was considered upper echelon, competing with the very best in its heyday with great design, in-house movements, beautiful finishing. Can you tell we love UG?
CONDITION:
8.5/10, overall clean case with light hairlines, no damage or deep wear to speak of. Crystal has some mild crazing in the centre not visible in normal usage/viewing and is otherwise spotless. Dial is 99% clean with just one spot next to the 3 o’clock marker and the barest of aging along some of the edges. Movement in good health with good power reserve and accuracy is under +/-20 secs/day in dial up position.
