Description & Condition report: A octa art deco ladies piece from exactly 1980! One of the earliest piece seiko quartz models with a very chiq art-deco ribbon on the top and bottom of the case. Only during the early 80s were the times when seiko did more roman numerals. Watch has no dial corrosion with a faint glass scratch. There is a scratch on the right side of the case as shown. New after market black strap attached on the 10mm lug watch.
As its a vintage watch, minimal contact with water.
