A cuban chain seiko, with a very light coloured emerald-esque dial, comes in a manual winding movement, indicating it was just before the rise of japanese quartz.
This piece has no dial corrosion. comes with minor hairline on the glass as seen on the close ups. bracelet is not adjustable hence it has to be worn loose for those with smaller wrists. manual winding movement has been regulated.
